Season 1[]

Nate is brought to Miami by Miramar Playa Hotel owner Ike Evans to try to convince him to relocate the Miss 1959 pageant to the hotel. Ike arranges a late night meeting in the hotel bar and has Judi Silver provide escorts. Judi personally escorts Nate. Ike emphasizes the hotel's size and relationship with national television networks as selling points. Nate plays hard to get because he has a lucrative offer from a Phoenix hotel. Judi aggressively seduces Nate as Ike offers him a personal 10% finders fee. Nate asks for the weekend to consider the offer, while staying in a complimentary cabana at the hotel.[1]
Ike arranges for Judi to be photographed engaging in bondage with Nate. He uses the photos to blackmail him into delivering the pageant to Miami.[1]
